Dear friends we all are aware of the fact that water is a gift of God given to us. You might be astonished to find that the usage of water at the proper time and in the proper quantity can cure most of the diseases prevailing today. Today I am going to tell you the proper way and quantity of water we need to drink every day. We all know that our body is composed of 75% of water. So it becomes essential for us to drink water in the required amount every day.

How to judge that our body needs water

The simplest way to judge that our body requires water is very simple. While urinating check the color of the urine. If it is yellowish or yellow, This means that we should drink water. And if the color of the urine is like that of water, it means that the quantity of water is present in the required amount in our body. If the color is yellow then drink plenty of water.

How to drink water

1. Never Drink Water While Standing

My dear friends, never drink water while standing or walking. If you are drinking water while standing or walking, it’s sure that you are giving a call to many diseases. One of the most common diseases from which such people suffer is knee pain. Such people when reaching the age of 40-45, are sure to suffer from joint pains, especially knee pain.

2. Drink Water In Sips

Always drink water in sips, not in one go. You might have noticed dogs and birds drinking water in such a manner. They never fall ill or even if they fall ill their immune system cures them themselves. The scientific reason behind drinking water in sips is that the more the number of sips, the larger the quantity of saliva mixed with it. We also know that saliva contains an enzyme known to be amylase which helps in the proper digestion of food. It directly indicates that your digestive system is going to get a boost by drinking water in sips.

When/How to drink water

1. Drink water for at least 40 minutes before taking food.

2. After an hour of finishing your food.

3. Never drink chilled water especially during taking food because whenever we eat food, the blood inside our body starts to collect around our abdomen to begin the process of digestion of food and if we drink cold water during meals the fire present in the blood, which is needed for digestion calms down thereby extend the process of digestion. This is one of the reasons that most of us presently these days are suffering from acidity and other gastric problems.

4. Never drink water stored in plastic bottles because plastic contains 23 different types of chemicals that cause 18 types of cancer. Think, why every 5th person is suffering from cancer these days?

5. Always drink water in a utensil made of copper which is considered to be best for storing and drinking water

6. Water stored in a mud container is also good for health. If somebody can’t afford to buy utensils made of copper, in that situation mud container can also be used

7. Always drink Luke warm water in the morning before going to answer the call of nature. This will help you in clearing your bowel system and you will feel fresh.

8. An adult male should drink 3 to 4L of water every day whereas an adult female needs 2 to 3L of water every day. My dear friends use the above-said method for at least 21 days, if you feel the difference continue it otherwise quit it. I am dam sure that if you follow it properly, will change your life completely.

9. Proper intake of water keeps our excretory organs fit and healthy. It also acts as a moisturizer for our skin. It helps our skin glow and removes unwanted pimples on our faces.

10. Intake of Lukewarm water is very helpful for those people who are suffering from constipation.

11. Most of us have a misconception that we can drink water whenever we want. They also don’t know how much water they should drink at a time.

12. It helps our body in removing toxins out of our body and keeping it healthy.

13. Drinking a large quantity of water at one time increases the chances of decreasing the quantity in our bodies. It also creates problems for our kidneys because they have to do extra work to remove or filter them.

14. Drinking water in different positions causes different side effects. The best way as stated is to drink it while sitting down.

15. Opening our mouth and drinking water from a distance allow dust particles and microorganisms to enter our mouth and hence inside our body also.

16. Drinking it while standing may give rise to different diseases like arthritis and finally GOUT.

17. Proper way is to drink it sip by sip. One sip of water should be allowed to move four to five times in the mouth and then swallow. It allows saliva to get mixed with it, thereby increasing our power to digest food.

18. If we drink cold water, first of all, our body makes it hot and then utilizes it. In the same way, cold food if eaten becomes hard and takes more time for its digestion. It is even not properly digested by our bodies. As a result, its maximum part is converted to fats and is accumulated inside our body.

19. Prefer to drink Luke warm water as it is used by our body instantly and helps in proper digestion too.

20. Water shouldn’t be taken before going to bed because during sleep our body is at rest. During this time it doesn’t need water, If drunk, it may need frequent urination urges and extra burden on our kidneys.
